I have pleasure to invite you to participate in the next meeting of the Harvest Festival Conveners and Joint conveners 0n 11th Wednesday at NEC Kuwait.

In order to prepare for this meeting, I would like to draw your attention to the following points:-

  • Present a forecast with regard to the income and expense.

  • Your valuable input pertaining to your committee is solicited in this meeting

Harvest Festival 2007- Coupon Design Competition.

(Exclusively for registered church members.)

Theme of the design.

 

Relevant to our traditional Harvest Festival. Heritage and culture of India and Kuwait (Gifts as thanksgiving to God, Harvesting Fun, Food, and Fellowship etc.)

 

Application and Eligibility Criteria

  • St.Gregorios Orthodox church registered members and dependants are eligible to take part in the competition.

  • Design must be high resolution with minimum 300 DPI and in four colors.

  • The design must be printed on a A4 size (210mm x 297mm) white paper and submitted together with the original CD

  • The design must be original creation, without any infringement of copyright.

  • Each participant can submit a maximum of three different designs.

  • Please submit your design to the General Convener on or before 3rd Aug 2007.

 

Adjudication will be based on creativity, style, thematic presentation, color matching, layout and artistic appeal.

 

Announcement of Results

 

The results of the competitions will be announced on our website.

 

The decisions of the Judging Panels on the results of the competition are final.

A general meeting of Harvest Festival 2007 will be held on Tuesday 3rd July 2007 at the National Evangelical Church immediately after the Holy Eucharist.

The meeting is intended to discuss and decide the following:-

  • Elect Conveners, Joint conveners and members of various committees.

  • Discuss various aspects related to the success of the ensuing Harvest Festival.

  • Presenting proposals on any aspects for the success of Harvest Festival are welcome.

All members are cordially invited to attend this important meeting to make this year’s Harvest Festival a grand success.
